An hour long, all-levels yoga class that follows the format:
Grounding/Centering
Warm-ups - seated, hands & knees
Sun Salutations
Standing Poses
Cool down with seated, prone and supine poses
Savasana
Are you interested in going deeper into your personal yoga practice?
Are there pose(s) you would like to learn or improve?
Would you like help to develop your own home practice?
If the answer is "yes" then a private lesson might be right for you!
A more focused look at the various aspects of yoga. Format will be instruction for 20-30 minutes followed by a 60-75 minute long practice. Example topics:
