Step out of the fast pace of daily life into a nurturing space designed for those seeking deep, restorative rest.

Kate's sound baths use the resonance of crystal bowls, the soothing sweep of an ocean drum, and the delicate tones of chimes to help your body settle, reset, and come back into balance.

As the tones of the crystal singing bowls fill the room, your body naturally shifts from doing to being. The mind softens. The breath deepens. Your whole system begins to settle. You may notice yourself feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored - not just relaxed, but truly rested.

With no expectations or techniques to master, you are simply invited to lie back, breathe, and allow these soothing sound waves to ground you in profound relaxation.

What to bring Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, 1 or 2 blankets, a small pillow, and anything else you want to make yourself extra cozy.
What to expect No experience is needed. Simply settle in, breathe, and let the sound support your rest.

About Kate

Katrina McDonald, RYT-500

I am Kate McDonald, registered yoga teacher (RYT-500) and sound bath facilitator. I have been a devoted student of yoga for over twenty years, and have had the privilege of teaching since 2018. My journey began in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, where I received my training and first started sharing my passion for this practice. In the summer of 2024, after raising our two wonderful children, my husband and I decided to embrace a new chapter and relocate to Washington. We are thrilled to be discovering this beautiful area and connecting with our new community.

Yoga is my anchor for physical, mental, and emotional balance, and my mission is to share these profound benefits with you. Recently, I expanded my offerings by completing the Quantum Sound Method Facilitation training. As a Sound Bath Facilitator, I weave together crystal quartz bowls, chimes, and ocean drums to guide you toward true relaxation, restoration, and deep rest.

Whether moving on the mat or immersed in soothing vibrations, I invite you to join me and find your center.
